Andrew Goodeill, DPM, is a podiatry specialist at Foot + Ankle Specialty Centers, with offices in Gilbert, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Goodeill enjoys all the different facets of medicine that podiatry offers. However, treating sports related injuries, Dr. Goodeill loves the challenge of navigating the body back to full strength without having to sacrifice our daily routines.
Dr. Goodeill grew up in a small town in Washington state with his parents and four younger brothers. Growing up with five boys, there was never a dull moment with plenty of competition and injuries to go around. The constant family competition sparked Dr. Goodeill’s passion for athletics and all types of competition.
Dr. Goodeill attended Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, before transferring to Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. He earned his doctor of podiatric medicine degree at New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) in Harlem, NY.
At NYPCM, Dr. Goodeill and a group of friends founded the International Podiatry Club (IPC) with the intent of generating multicultural medical mission trips. Initially IPC medical missions focused on Baja, Mexico. The IPC has since expanded to India and the Dominican Republic as well. Dr. Goodeill has had the opportunity to be a part of medical missions as a medical student, a resident and an attending.
Dr. Goodeill began his residency training at Kindred Hospital Rancho; where he was trained in foot surgery, as well as, rearfoot reconstructive surgery at Camp Pendleton’s Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA. Dr. Goodeill’s residency training concluded in Brooklyn, NY, at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.
After hours, Andrew likes to unwind with his family, as well as staying as active as possible. Andrew enjoys competing in any team activities such as baseball, football & basketball. Off the playing field, Dr. Goodeill enjoys camping, true crime sluething, any live music, and traveling with his growing family.
